For our customers convenience we accept artwork and logos to be emailed to When emailing in your artwork please make sure to list the following information in the email: Company Name, Project Name, Contact Name and Phone Number.

For best results, when emailing your artwork, it is best to send the original graphics file with all text converted to outline and the images vectorized. Please send in all artwork with a minimum of 300dpi and in either EPS, AI, or PDF format.

Resolution was set at the creation of your artwork. Low resolution images can print blurry and/or pixilated and cannot be converted to a higher resolution.

In addition to this we also accept the following file formats for artwork:
(Adobe Illustrator EPS, AI), (Adobe Photoshop PSD, TIFF), PDF, JPEG, GIF


Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A. That depends on what your order consists of. If you are placing an ad on either the Spirit Shirts/ Spirit Items then no, you will not be charged sales tax since you are placing an ad on the product and not purchasing the product. If you are purchasing additional shirts or ordering promotional products, graphic design services or being charged for shipping, then yes, sales tax will be added to that part of your order since those items are taxable.

Q. Why is our invoice due before we receive the product?
A. Our products are considered to be custom and unique to each of our clients. There are substantial costs associated with producing custom products in which cannot be resold. In order to provide the highest quality of product to our clients we ask that the invoices be paid prior to the production of the products. We thank you in advance for your understanding and business.

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my product?
A. That will depend on which product you are placing an ad on. See below for estimated delivery times and explanations.

T Shirts - On average it will take between 12 and 14 weeks. This is due to the fact that we have to obtain the necessary sponsorship for the project, have each client sign off on their proof, and finalize the production of the project.

Promotional Products - After we receive payment and required documentation, the average time to receive the product is three (3) weeks.

Cancellation Policy

T Shirts - All sales are final due to the limited amount of ad space on our projects.

Single Advertiser Products - To request a cancellation of your order, a cancellation form must be provided within 72 hours of placing the order. Please contact or call 682-503-7255 to request the cancellation form.
